We have two main types of agreements but we can customise an agreement to the needs of your business. 

Comprehensive Contract

This all inclusive contract is best suited for industries that use their label printers daily. One call brings a highly skilled and trained service technician to your facility fast, there is the option to ship the printer back to our factory, there are PM’s done bi-annually and there is 24 hour technical support available.

This contract covers the cost of labour and travel, and a service technician is guaranteed to arrive at your premises with 8 hours of logging the call.

Back-to-Base Contract

The back-to-base contract is best suited to businesses that use their printer somewhat infrequently. This contract covers the cost of labour once the printer is shipped back to the ADC factory. There is a five day lead time from return to repair. This contract also includes technical support.

ADC Barcode offers preventative maintenance visits to all our customers. Preventative maintenance allows businesses to head off problems before they occur by ensuring all systems are maintained and updated regularly. This in turn reduces printer downtime for production. It is recommended that all barcode label printers receive up to two PM’s per year.
